The Trust experienced an unexpected downtime on its website over the Christmas period, one of its busiest times, and it realised it was time for an upgrade to a more robust operating system. This was a major enterprise for the charity, which protects its funding to deliver its services to those who are in real need. But a resilient and modern website was essential to its work, because it is often the first place people look when they are crying out for help.

Our Solution

We worked with the leadership team and those working at the coalface to completely redesign and rebuild the website to create a modern, user-friendly, accessible platform that aligned with the charity’s core needs and objectives.

We proposed several improvements and adopted a flexible workplan to accommodate the client’s adjustments to the brief as the site came alive. We built in new functionality to deliver some automated features, saving the team time so they could focus on what really matters: raising funds and helping those who are in desperate need.
