Under the umbrella campaign #keepbusinessworking, we established an efficient process for planning, creating and sharing valuable and engaging content quickly and effectively. The principles of crisis management applied – daily briefings, weekly planning, content creation and turnaround 24 hours from brief, social listening, evaluating and responding constantly to ensure appropriate communications strategy and tactics. Embracing technology, podcasts were recorded over Zoom and themed content written and shared via database, social media and traditional media both on and offline. Regular communication was key and resulted in Jersey Business consistently highlighted as helpful, knowledgeable, authoritative and supportive.
