Berrys Chartered Accountants
Berrys had outgrown their marketing. This fast-growing boutique accountancy firm needed a brand that matched their ambition, so we created a sharper proposition, an evolved identity and a website built to win business, giving them the platform to compete for bigger clients.
Change Needed
Berrys had a brand people noticed. The bold type, the confident full stop and the unexpected pink made them stand out in a traditional market. But a logo isn’t a proposition. Without clarity of their brand purpose, there was nothing to steer their messaging, marketing or digital presence. Each touchpoint was left to tell its own story. As the firm was growing they needed more than a punchy identity. They needed a compass to provide direction.
Our Solution
Working closely with the Berrys team, we defined their brand proposition: Your Finance Ally.
Berrys are the friend who brings clarity and peace of mind to your finances, but also the fighter who is in your corner, helping you navigate business challenges and win.
This was then brought to life across all brand touchpoints:
- Brand strategy and identity. We set out the tone of voice, personas and service pillars, and evolved the visual identity with a refined but still bold palette, a bespoke icon set, clear typography and full guidelines.
- A new website. We rebuilt the site around the proposition, with three clear service lines and copy that reflects the Berry’s way of doing business.
- A focused marketing strategy. We delivered a practical, phased plan to build visibility and support their growth ambitions, so every activity was contributing to the whole. in the same direction.
The Results
Berrys have a brand proposition that guides their decisions, a brand that looks as capable as they are, and a website that turns visitors into conversations. They now have the platform to help power their next stage of growth.
“We were finding marketing very overwhelming and lacked direction. Orchid helped us step back and properly define what our business needed from marketing.”
